Service Terms

I am selling my knowledge and abilities only. You supply the software, licenses and equipment. You keep all production work unless otherwise agreed upon. We will agree upon a contract that states in explicit terms the length of employment, the goals to be achieved, and the compensation to be made. All liability for plans created will remain with the engineering firm that stamps them. ECAD LLC is not able to stamp construction documents.
